BetMGM Goes Live in Kentucky with New Online Mobile Sports Betting App
One of the most famous sports betting and iGaming operators in the world, BetMGM, is expanding to Kentucky with its new online mobile sports betting app.
Kentucky launch:
After the license application was approved in August, the company began preparing for the launch, and now, all the fans of sports betting in Kentucky will be able to enjoy a range of advanced products and services. On top of that, the customers will be able to earn experiences at all properties the MGM Resorts owns in the country.
A CEO of BetMGM, Adam Greenblatt, comments on the new expansion: “Kentucky is home to some of the country’s most passionate fans. We’re confident that our sports betting platform will elevate their gameday experience.”
And why would the customers use the BetMGM app? The first benefit is the user-friendly platform that eases the whole process. All pre-game, in-play, futures, and parlay bets can be customized to the customer so everyone can choose the option that suits them best.
After the newest update, the customers can be a part of the weekly free-to-play contests, and the Same Game Parlays are added as well.
For the ones who travel often, it’s important to state that the app allows a smooth betting experience even when the player is in one of the surrounding states – Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, West Virginia, Virginia, and Tennessee. The only condition is that sports betting is legalized in these states – which already is.
Online and retail sportsbooks:
The fantastic MGM Rewards loyalty program, already very popular among the fans, will also be available. The customers will be able to experience world-class service at many of MGM’s properties, such as the famous Bellagio, MGM Grand, Borgata, and others across various states.
While the online betting industry is blossoming, BetMGM doesn’t limit itself to it. The last preparations for opening the 5.400 square feet retail sportsbook are in progress. The sportsbook will be opened in collaboration with Revolutionary Racing Kentucky, and it will be located at Sandy’s Racing & Gaming in Ashland. It will be the first quarter horse racetrack and equestrian center in Kentucky, and the first races are expected to be held in 2025.
A CEO of Revolutionary Racing, Prentice Salter, said: “We know how excited Kentucky sports fans are to finally be able to place wagers with BetMGM. And we know they will be even more excited when Sandy’s opens this fall, and they can bet while watching games with their friends in our BetMGM Race and Sportsbook.”
Greenblatt added: “Revolutionary Racing is the ideal partner to help us deliver a dynamic retail experience, one that will be a go-to destination for sports and entertainment in Kentucky.”
As the successes keep rolling in, the company keeps its main goals in mind: maintaining gambling and betting safe and secure and providing all the necessary resources to reduce the problem gambling issues.
